Heart Transplant Support Group

The Heart Transplant Support Group is a free-of-charge educational and supportive space for  for individuals who have received a heart transplant (at least one year ago). It will focus on a wide range of topics, including coping with difficult emotions, health behavior change, and self-care strategies. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to Dr. Sugandha Gupta-Louis (sugandha.guptalouis@yu.edu) or Dr. Ammar Ahmad (aahmad@montefiore.org).
